This weekend I am going shopping with my mother to get some things for my prom.  I will be in a good space because I love to shop for one thing and the other thing is that I am so excited about going to my senior prom.  Another good thing is that I am going shopping with my mother (who also loves to shop) to pick up some prom items. Our list includes some nice personalized prom favors, some prom party favors and my prom garter.  While we are out shopping we are picking up some bridal items my aunt (my mother’s sister) who is getting married for the second time.  We need to find some nice wedding favors and a special wedding garter.  Then, we can just window shop the rest of the time.  I hope it doesn’t take us long to purchase the items on both lists because my mother and I love to spend time together and we are always so happy when we’re shopping together.
